I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unexpected delivery charge of ₹40 on my order. At the time of placing the order, Amazon clearly displayed that delivery was free. However, I was charged an additional ₹40, which was not expected based on the information shown during the purchase. This is disappointing and creates a lack of trust in Amazon’s pricing transparency. I request that you investigate this issue, explain why the extra delivery charge was applied despite the free delivery offer, and refund the additional ₹40 if it was charged incorrectly. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and ensure that customers are not misled by incorrect delivery information.
