Dear Amazon Team, I am writing to formally complain about order number placed on October 7, 2026, for the Avel Xtreme Snow Storm Riding Jacket in Orange. Upon delivery on October 12, 2026, I discovered that I had received a green jacket instead, and I immediately reported this discrepancy to your customer support the same day. The return was picked up on October 14, 2026, but it has been over two weeks, and I have not received my refund. Furthermore, customer service representatives are now incorrectly claiming that I returned the wrong product. I assure you that I reported the issue immediately upon delivery. I request that you process my refund sir plz help
