They are not providing the care they promised when they took the amount

I purchased a washing machine in 2024 and paid an extra amount of Rs. 6,000 at the time of purchase to buy an extended warranty from Zopper. My washing machine has now broken down. I expected the issue to be covered and resolved under the extended warranty I had paid for. I raised a complaint with Zopper on 2nd November, but my request has been ignored and no help has arrived as of today. I request Zopper to honour the extended warranty and get my washing machine repaired or serviced as per the terms of the warranty I paid for, without any further delay.
