Complaint Details
I had placed an order on the Zomato app. Without taking my consent or informing me, Zomato clubbed my order with another customer's order. Because of this clubbing, my order got delayed. When the delivery partner was assigned, I expected the order to arrive in 10-15 minutes and informed my guests accordingly. However, since another order was clubbed with mine, the delivery took longer than expected, and I felt embarrassed in front of my guests due to this delay. I am filing this complaint against Zomato for this service deficiency. I demand that Zomato take appropriate action regarding the unauthorized clubbing of orders without customer consent and ensure this does not happen again.
