Zomato delivered non veg parcel of someone else's name on the bill whole i ordered veg meal. Now they're not Even giving refund.

I had ordered a veg meal through Zomato from Burger King (Order ID: [protected]), intended for my friend who is a vegetarian. Instead of the correct order, my friend received a non-veg Whopper meal meant for someone else. The bill attached to the parcel showed the name "Rabiul Morol," which is not my friend's name, confirming that the wrong order was delivered by Zomato's delivery partner. As a vegetarian, receiving a non-veg item was unacceptable and distressing for him. I contacted the Zomato team to resolve the issue and requested a refund, but they refused, stating they could not verify the matter. This is despite me having order proof and photo evidence of the wrong parcel received. Zomato is denying liability even though the mix-up clearly happened on their delivery partner's end. I request a full refund for this order, since the correct item was never delivered and a completely wrong, non-veg meal was sent to a vegetarian customer by mistake.
