Scammed me of my money by alleging that the refund is complete although no money is credited

I had an issue with Zomato regarding a refund that was promised to me. Zomato informed me that the refund had been completed and shared details confirming this. However, when I checked with my bank, the promised amount had not been credited to my account. This means the information given to me by Zomato about the refund being processed was most likely false, and I have not received the money that was due to me. I request that Zomato verify this refund immediately and ensure that the actual amount is credited to my bank account without further delay. I also want a clear explanation for why I was given incorrect information about the refund status.
