Zepto fake descriptions leading to lose hard earned money

I had ordered a product through Zepto. While using the product, I found that it has a heating issue and sometimes it stops working altogether. Since the product was defective, I requested a refund from Zepto, as their policy clearly mentioned a one-day refund or replacement option in case of any issues. However, my refund request was denied. I request that Zepto either replace the defective product or process a full refund for the amount I paid.
