Getting torned maggi packet and not allowing for replacement

I had ordered a packet of Maggi through Zepto. When it was delivered, the packet was torn and the item was unhygienic and not fit for consumption. I complained to Zepto and requested a replacement. Zepto denied my request without properly checking the matter, simply claiming that the delivery person had delivered the item in perfect condition. I have two complaints here: first, that the item was stored and delivered in an unhygienic and damaged condition, and second, that Zepto, on no proper grounds, directly decided that the fault was mine and refused to give me a replacement. I now demand that Zepto replace the damaged product or refund the amount I paid for it.
