Refused online order cancellation before delivery and refused return post dilivery

I ordered a product online from Zarimysore. After placing the order, I saw negative reviews about the company on Google from many unhappy customers, so I immediately requested them to cancel my order. They refused, saying the order could not be cancelled, but told me I could return the product once I received it. When I received the product, the quality was below average and not acceptable. I then requested a return and refund as they had earlier promised, but the company refused to accept the return or give a refund. I am not satisfied with the poor quality product and the company's refusal to honour their own return policy. I request a full refund and the return of this defective product to be arranged by the company.
