Flight Got Cancelled. No refund Initiated

I had booked a flight from Pune to Delhi through Yatra.com. This flight was cancelled on 29th August. Since the cancellation, I have not received any refund from Yatra for this booking. I contacted Yatra customer service regarding this issue, but I did not receive any satisfactory response or resolution from them. I am raising this complaint against Yatra for deficiency in service due to the delay in processing my refund. I request that Yatra initiate and process my refund for the cancelled flight at the earliest.
