Spice cancelled flight due to operational reasons and refund promised, but yatra is denying redund

Booked ticket for spice jet via yatra, on 25th ish Sep, I received notification from spice and yatra that the flight got cancelled, refund will be issued. on speaking with spice jet CX They said they have initiated refund to yatra .. hence i went on booking another flight a day earlier than planned. Yatra is denying of any refund. I booked another flight on 27th instead of 28th actual plan changing all my schedules, loosing my money on original booking and inconvience caused by spice and yatra both for asking for my hard earned money.. I have screenshots as proof as well
