Complaint Details
I deposited 10,000rs on their platform for trading purpose they needed utr number for confirming payment so I copied the utr and pasted on the payment gateway when I clicked ok it reloaded the page and showed error. The same issue happened again with a 8000rs transaction I contacted the support team on their app but it was a ai bot i emailed all the proof and they said "we will contact you soon" but they never resolved the issue
