Extremely disappointing service from @WhirlpoolIndia! Your engineer promised to arrive within 30 minutes, but I waited until 9 PM. When I called, he said his vehicle had broken down and postponed the visit to the next day. Because of this delay, my food got spoiled! Today, 24 October, I’m still unable to get a proper response from the engineer or service centre. Who will take responsibility for my spoiled food and the inconvenience caused? This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve my issue immediately! #Whirlpool #CustomerService
