Fraud product scam

Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Fraud, Sale of Counterfeit iPhone 15 Pro Max, and Failure to Provide Refund Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an online shopping fraud in which I was deceived into purchasing a counterfeit iPhone 15 Pro Max. I came across an offer for an iPhone through an online advertisement and subsequently communicated with the seller through WhatsApp. The seller offered me an iPhone 15 Pro Max for ₹22,700 and made several assurances regarding the product's authenticity, quality, and warranty. The seller claimed that the phone was a global product imported from the USA and belonged to the open-box category. The seller also assured me that the phone would support Indian SIM cards and that a bill, a one-year warranty, and a 15-day replacement policy would be provided. Relying on these assurances, I agreed to purchase the phone. The seller requested an advance booking payment of ₹300, which I paid. The seller subsequently arranged delivery through a courier service on a cash-on-delivery basis. During a live video session, the seller showed me the packaging process but did not open the phone to demonstrate its authenticity or actual working condition. I was told that I would open the package myself after delivery. When the package arrived, I paid ₹22,700 in cash to the delivery agent.
