Hello im navdeep i ordered a dress from a clothing brand veersha on around 6 or 8 September i recieved my order on 14 september and the quality is not good so i returned my order on 15 september and than the company recieved the return order on 21 september and then they say your amount is refunded in your account in 7 to 15 days and then i waited for 15 to 20 days and since i cant get my refunded amount i talk to them and they say there is some issue in my account so it will take some time and from then i cant get my refunded amount till now and their customer support is not that much good or helpful so at the end im thinking to file a case on that issue.
