Complaint Details
I ordered a trousers from urbunx on 16 October 2026 And ut delivered on 22 October 2026 The product is damaged and it doesn’t suit my size that’s why i wanted to return it or exchange it I mailed them and i have filled a form that they provided on their site to exchange the product But i didn’t get any responses from their side , i need a action and i want to file complaint against the URBUNX
