Complaint Details
I had placed an order with Uptownie on 5th August. As of 1st September, the order has still not been dispatched. I have tried to contact the company multiple times through their customer care number, but I was able to connect only twice, and even then I did not get any proper response regarding the delivery status or a refund. I also wrote to them over email, but I rarely get a response, and whatever response I do get is not appropriate or helpful. I request that the company either dispatch and deliver my order immediately or issue a full refund for the amount paid, along with a clear and proper response to my queries.
