However, my account showed an opening negative balance of ₹61.43 and unpaid charges of ₹354, resulting in a total negative balance of ₹415.43. I request a detailed explanation and itemized statement of these charges, including the dates and reasons for their application. I also request an investigation into whether these charges were correctly applied and a refund of any unjustified amount. I want to permanently close my trading and Demat accounts, but I am facing difficulties because of the negative balance.
