Complaint Details
I had money deducted from my UPI account without my knowledge or consent. An amount of Rs 699 was cut automatically from my account through UPI, without me making any such transaction or giving any approval for it. I did not authorise this payment and I believe this is a case of UPI fraud. I have not received any goods or service for this amount, and the deduction happened on its own. I request that this unauthorised transaction be investigated and the amount of Rs 699 be refunded to my account at the earliest.
