Someone hacked my OLX account

I am writing to report that my OLX account was hacked by an unknown person. After gaining access to my account, the hacker sent abusive messages to some people in my contact list, which I did not send and had no knowledge of until after it happened. I have not been able to identify the person responsible for this unauthorized access, as it was done by an unknown hacker. I request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action be taken to secure my account, trace the unauthorized access, and prevent such misuse in the future. I also request that the abusive messages sent from my account be noted as unauthorized and not reflective of my actions.
