Complaint Details
I purchased ASICS shoes from Tushita Apparels, Roshan Garden, Block A1, Masudabad, Najafgarh, Delhi-110043 on 29-07-2026 for ₹3,500. The product developed a serious defect/damage in the heel and sole area. The sole/heel has become deformed and shows abnormal creasing despite normal use. I am requesting replacement of the defective product or a full refund of ₹3,500. The seller has not provided a satisfactory resolution. I have the original sales invoice and photographs of the defective shoes as evidence.
