Complaint Details
I purchased a Classic Essential cookware item through Flipkart. On receiving the product, I found it to be defective. I have not been able to use the cookware as intended because of this defect. I am raising this complaint with Flipkart to bring this issue to their attention and seek a resolution. I request Flipkart to replace the defective cookware with a proper working piece or provide a full refund for the amount paid.
