Mis leading

I was employed with Transcom but was placed off the roster without receiving any formal termination or relieving letter. Despite repeatedly contacting the concerned HR and authorities, I received no proper clarification regarding my employment status, salary, or further procedure. Due to the absence of official documentation, I faced difficulties joining other organizations, as my UAN employment status remained active. This situation caused financial hardship, loss of employment opportunities, and unnecessary mental stress. I request the concerned authorities to investigate the matter, ensure payment of any pending salary, provide official relieving documentation, and take appropriate action according to applicable labour laws.
