500 refund issue

They repeatedly promised to resolve the issue but have failed to provide the refund or proper proof of payment. They are also not responding responsibly to my complaints. This prolonged delay and lack of response have caused me considerable frustration, mental stress, and inconvenience. I feel that my complaint is not being taken seriously despite my repeated efforts. I request the following resolutions: 1. Immediate refund of my pending ₹500. 2. Fair compensation for the prolonged delay and inconvenience caused. 3. An investigation into the company's failure to resolve this complaint despite repeated follow-ups.
