I ordered two regular pizzas, Burn to Hell and Nashville Veg, worth ₹506 through the Toing app. My application/order number is [protected]. Unfortunately, when the order was delivered, both pizzas were in extremely poor condition. The toppings had fallen out of the boxes, and the pizzas were completely messed up and unfit for consumption. I paid ₹506 expecting proper food quality and safe delivery, but received damaged food instead. This is unacceptable service and a complete waste of my money. I request the consumer authority to look into this matter and help me obtain a full refund of ₹506.
