Thomson tele os tv display issue

I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding a Thomson Tele OS TV that I purchased just four months ago. The television has suddenly stopped displaying any picture and is only showing a black screen, rendering it completely unusable. As the product was purchased only four months ago, it is fully covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty. The television has been used carefully and has not been subjected to any physical damage, liquid spills, or voltage fluctuations. I request you to kindly register this complaint immediately and arrange for a service technician to visit my residence to inspect and repair the television. If the display panel or motherboard is found to be defective, I expect a swift replacement of the parts or the entire unit as per the warranty terms. I have attached a copy of the purchase invoice and a picture of the black screen issue for your reference.
