Deficiency in Service – Tyre Warranty Claim Rejected Without Justification and Neither Replacement Tyre Provided Nor Refund Issued

I purchased a Tata Punch Creative+ vehicle fitted with Goodyear Assurance TripleMax 2 tyres (195/60 R16). At approximately 5,097 km, the front-left tyre developed a sidewall failure/leakage. I raised a warranty claim with Goodyear under Claim No. E[protected]. However, my claim was rejected on the grounds of external impact/road hazard. I am dissatisfied with this decision because the tyre failed within a short period of use. Despite raising the complaint, I have not received a replacement tyre or any refund. I request a fair investigation of the tyre failure and appropriate resolution, including replacement of the defective tyre or a refund of its cost. I also request compensation for any loss suffered, as applicable under consumer law.
