Enormous delay in delivering the new passenger car

Hi This is raise a formal complaint against Tata Motors Passenger cars and Luxon, Kottakkal it's dealer. At the time of vehicle booking it was informed that the vehicle will be delivered within 1. 5 months from booking date. The vehicle was booked on 21st August. Before effecting 19.45 lakhs on 7th October 2026 I was told that the vehicle is available in Tata's plant and it will be allotted in 3 days time. Since then I'm being misguided by the dealership and manufacturer. Even an email to MD of Tata Motors didn't yield any desired result. I wish my vehicle is delivered immediately failing which I need compensation to the tune of 22 lakhs equivalent to vehicle price other than the payment I've made through the bank. This should be an eye opener for both the parties to be more transparent to it's customers going forward . The amount raised is for the hardships I have faced due to the delay as the vehicle was ordered to be delivered much before the marriages of my sons. I kindly request for an immediate action against the manufacturer and dealer to deliver the vehicle or the price paid with compensation amount of 22 Lakhs.
