The Tata car service centre Kamla Nagpur damaged my car and telling me to pay 400000 to

I took my car to the Tata Motors service center at Khamla, Nagpur about a month ago for a normal routine service. Before handing over the car, it was in good condition with no warning indications of any engine problem, and the oil level and everything else was fine. The service center took the car for a round and completed the formalities, after which I went home. About an hour later, while I was out meeting friends, the service center called me and informed me that my car's engine was blocked. When I asked them how this happened, they could not give me any proper reason. They then told me that I would have to spend approximately 3 to 4 lakh rupees for car repairs. Since the car was in good condition when I handed it over, I did not accept this and took the car back from them to get a second opinion. At another service center, after checking the car, I was told that the computer system had been connected and the car's engine was revved to around 30 Hz or so, and that this is what caused the issue and blocked the engine. I want Tata Motors Khamla, Nagpur to properly explain what was done to my car during this service visit, take responsibility for causing damage to the engine due to their improper handling, and repair the engine damage at their own cost without charging me, since the problem arose due to their negligence and not due to any pre-existing fault in my car.
