My vehicle was repossessed by tata capital 15 days ago without any prior notice or my consent.my consent causing me significant mental agony and harassment and my loan is due 5 emi and I was ready to clear all due amount I also to take legal action against the recovery agency responsible for the unlawful retrieval of my vehicle
