Complaint Details
I orderd Chicken biriyani from swiggy ( kappa kaapi resturant ) insted of that they gave me porotta. I tried to talk with delivery partner he cant speak other than his mother tongue. He told me resturant gave him that food and he will come back with my food. And also gave me his number. I tried to reach him and he cut my call and blocked me. I tried to reach this issue in swiggy app. They are not even helping me. Restaurant people also not attending the call. So what should i do. I dont eat porotta. I lost my money and peace. Someone please help me
