Complaint Details
I placed an order at 2:40 AM today with a promised delivery time of 20 minutes. However, after waiting for two hours, a delivery agent contacted me to say the restaurant was closed and suggested I cancel the order. Customer support assured me that no cancellation fee would be charged and promised compensation. However, I am now being charged a cancellation fee on a new order. Please resolve this issue and refund the unfair charge immediately.
