Job not provided and took money

The person represented and assured me that he would provide a job opportunity for a person known to me and that the recruitment and offer process would be completed. Based on his representations and assurances, I shared the required resume and proceeded with the process. In connection with the promised job opportunity, I made multiple payments to him totaling ₹1,80,000 (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand only). The payments were made on different occasions and through different bank accounts, including payments made from my account and from my friend's account on my behalf. Despite receiving the total amount of ₹1,80,000, he failed to provide the promised job offer and has not returned the money despite repeated requests. He has continued to delay and avoid repayment for a considerable period without providing a proper resolution.
