Complaint Details
I had made a payment for a game through my account with State Bank of India. Following this transaction, my bank account was blocked by the bank. I have not received any clear explanation for why my account was blocked. This has left me unable to access or use my account for my regular banking needs. I request State Bank of India to investigate the matter and unblock my account at the earliest so that I can resume normal use of my banking services.
