Despite bringing this to the attention of the on-ground floor staff during the interval, no corrective action was taken, nor was any satisfactory explanation provided. Charging a premium price for air-conditioned First Class seating without providing the core service constitutes an unfair trade practice and a clear deficiency in service. Therefore, I request: A full refund of the ticket charges and convenience fees paid for this booking. Written confirmation of corrective maintenance so future patrons do not face similar inconvenience.
