Complaint Details
We booked tickets to Nashik, first the bus is delayed, no proper maintenance, and now engine failure and the response from the travels is worse. They aren't arranging any other alternative and we couldn't find as well and we are somewhere in new place and we don't know anything and response from the company is not at all helping. They are not ready for refund also.
