Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Issuance of Course Completion Certificate Despite Full Payment of Fees

I was a student of the six-month course offered by the institution. I paid the full course fee on 2 June 2026. However, despite completing the course and fulfilling my payment obligations, I have not received my course completion certificate to date. The delay in issuing the certificate has caused me considerable inconvenience and may affect my further educational and career opportunities. I believe that students who have completed their course requirements and paid the prescribed fees should receive their certificates within a reasonable period. I therefore request the concerned authority to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that the institution issues my pending certificate without further delay. I am ready to provide the payment receipt, course details, and any other supporting documents required for the investigation.
