I purchased a Honda City car (Registration No. UP32LS4108) from Spinny, Lucknow, relying on their claims of quality assurance and thorough inspection before sale. After delivery, I found that the car had pre-existing structural and material damages that Spinny did not disclose, including unrecorded door repairs and a non-original replacement windshield. I obtained a letter from an authorized Honda service centre confirming the door repair. When I raised this with Spinny and shared this authenticated documentation, they denied the issue and claimed the car was fine at the time of sale. Despite providing this written proof, Spinny has failed to take any corrective action or resolve the matter. I request full compensation for the repair or replacement of the affected parts, and appropriate action against Spinny for selling an accident-repaired car under the false claim of it being a certified, quality-checked vehicle.
