Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Order

I am filing this complaint regarding the non-delivery of my order **(#ORD-8045348)**, which was placed on **05.09.2026** through Snitch. As per the delivery commitment, my order was expected to be delivered by **Monday, 07.09.2026**. However, even as of **12.09.2026**, the order has not been delivered. I have made several attempts to contact Snitch Customer Care regarding the delayed delivery. On multiple occasions, I contacted their customer support, and I was provided with specific call-back slots. However, despite these repeated follow-ups, no effective action was taken to resolve the issue or ensure delivery of my order. I also contacted Snitch through email regarding the same issue, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from their side. Despite repeatedly contacting the company and giving them sufficient opportunity to resolve the matter, my order remains undelivered and I have not been provided with any satisfactory explanation regarding the delay. The repeated failure to deliver the order within the committed timeline, along with the lack of proper customer support and response, has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. I therefore request the concerned consumer authority to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company for the failure to provide the promised service.
