Complaint Details
I had taken a loan of Rs. 20,000 from Snapmint 4 days ago. However, the loan amount has not been credited to my account till now. Despite the amount not being received by me, the EMI is being shown as starting from 3 November 2026, which is incorrect since I have not got the loan amount in the first place. I request Snapmint to either credit the loan amount of Rs. 20,000 to my account immediately or cancel the loan and EMI schedule, since I have not received any money from them.
