Online fraud

I was trying to buy USDT and was given the ID of a person by someone, claiming he would sell me USDT against payment and UTR number. I made a payment of Rs 1000 first. He then said the first payment of Rs 1000 would not work, so I made another payment of Rs 999. He then told me to make a single payment, so I paid Rs 1999 in a single transaction. After this, he said I would need to wait some time for it to get done. Following this, he blocked me and did not respond further. In total, he took Rs 3998 from me without providing the USDT. I am unable to contact the person again as I have been blocked, and I have not received the USDT or any refund for the amount paid. I am filing this complaint against Smtrader for fraud and cheating. I demand a full refund of Rs 3998 that was taken from me, and request that action be taken against the person responsible for this fraud.
