Complaint Details
I had ordered a mobile case from Sirphire in September. Till now, I have not received the order. Since the order could not be delivered, I expected a refund of the amount paid, but the refund has also not been credited to me. I also visited the Delhivery office in Valsad regarding the package, and I was told that the order is misplaced. I request that Sirphire either deliver the ordered mobile case immediately or process a full refund of the amount paid without further delay.
