Complaint Details
I I placed and prepaid an order with Sirphire, but despite waiting for around one month, the order has still not been delivered. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but they have only provided generic responses regarding a technical issue and have not given a definite delivery date. I have requested a refund, but the matter remains unresolved. I want assistance in obtaining my full refund and appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
