Unpaid Salary & Employment Dispute

I worked for an SFX/event equipment wholesaler and regularly worked beyond my normal 10:30 AM–8:30 PM hours during a six-day expo. On the final day, I worked from around 11 AM until 9 PM. As my brother was sick, I requested to leave after completing my extended shift. The owner, Ankur Jain, told me that if I left, I should not return to the office and that my salary would not be paid. I left after completing my shift and have not returned to the office since the expo. HR later confirmed that Ankur would not pay our salaries. I have an audio recording of this statement.
