Complaint Details
I ordered a drone from a seller on Shopify. However, when the package arrived and I opened it, I found a box of cream inside instead of the drone I had ordered. I have a complete unboxing video recorded from start to end as proof that the wrong item was delivered. Since receiving the wrong product, I have not been given the correct item or any resolution for this mix-up. I request that the correct drone I ordered be delivered to me, or that a full refund be issued for the amount I paid, along with resolution of this issue at the earliest.
