I purchased a sealed water bottle from a shop. The bottle had a printed price of Rs. 20, but the shop owner charged me Rs. 25 for it, which is Rs. 5 more than the printed maximum retail price. This is a case of overcharging above the price marked on the sealed product. I am raising this complaint against the shop owner for charging more than the printed price. I request that the shop owner be directed to refund the excess amount charged and be instructed to sell products only at the printed price in future, along with appropriate action against this overcharging practice.
