1.Order items is not delivered to me. 2.I want my money refund

My name is Gopinath. Last week, on October 15, 2026, I placed a replacement order for 3-ply jute thread with Shivalayam Agritech Company. On that day, I was informed that the minimum order quantity was 100 kg. When I agreed to a price of ₹100 per kg, they accepted it, and I made the full payment of ₹10,000. However, the next day, they informed me that my order was kept on pending status. They stated that the order would only be processed if the minimum quantity was 150 kg; otherwise, they would neither dispatch the order nor refund my money. Therefore, I am demanding that the company either refund my money or dispatch the jute thread corresponding to the amount I have already paid. Note: I have raised this issue with several members of the company, but no one has provided a proper response. Whenever I reach out to anyone, they immediately start ignoring my calls and messages.
