Legal Notice Regarding Scholarship rejected by SDIT with wrong reason.

Dear sir many time I have sent mails to SDIT HQ and other relevant office under it for that SDIT has rejected my scholarship application with wrong reason. Reason given to me was that my adhar was not seeded in given time and SDIT sent me reminder and mails for it and I have not done it (according to sdit) so SDIT rejecting it. But I have not received even a single sms or mail for it and more ever my adhar is active for dbt since Jan 2025 to now (Oct/2026) . I assumed that it might be server error or by employee mistake it was rejected and I request SDIT to reprocess it. I have sent all evidence to SDIT instead of hearing me , SDIT showed me rules for scholarship and answered that they will not give me my scholarship , it is my right not begging. I have also mentioned to them that portal accepted my application with all valid documents. It is not my fault and not hide anything. More ever my 3 grievance for scholarship , before it was rejected are pending from 2024. And one rti application is not answered till today. Sir it my last request that if you can try to make settlement for it. I will welcome it. If not responding for it , I will wait for 90 days after it I will make case against sdit and Employee who rejected it. So i am writing and requesting last time. If someone wants to dispose this case I am ready.
