Owner not giving salary between 5 months of leaving job

I had an issue with Scotch Bar and Restaurant. Because of what happened there, I almost lost my job. I have not been able to resolve this matter with the restaurant on my own. I request that the concerned authority look into this complaint and help me get a suitable resolution from Scotch Bar and Restaurant. And he was not giving my money between 5 months I was calling him every day he was not picking my call and I was reach his office he will say come to another day again and again
