Permanent Hair Damage

I complainant (Indumathi, 29F) went to Scaleup Salon, Alandur on 31st October 2026 for hair colouring. They have applied too much bleach improperly and give me wrong hair colour. 1. I wanted babylights on some strands alone to get a defined look. They have done thin highlights everywhere so it looks like balayage. 2. Highlight from crown area- which I specifically didn't want. 3. Gave me copper hair colour - which I repeatedly said I didn't want. Now I look cheap, not presentable enough for my sales work. The permanent damage - every 4-5 months colouring my hair back till the hair from crown area grows. The owner has given me mental anguish at every stage. There is my time wastage- 6 hours of time in salon, mental anguish on getting a proper solution from salon, getting my hair dyed black every other day because if I left it like this- every 2 weeks after washed, my hair will return to bleach state- which they have done everywhere and not particular strands like I showed multiple references about.
